As a Club event this was a great
success with at least fifteen cars
present here at Brooklands, It was also memorable
as the first BSAFWDC event attended by world champion
racing driver Jack Brabham, although I'm not
sure that he either noticed it or has added it to
his CV. Never mind, he was
there, not more than ten feet
from out most impressive line-up.
