Tail end sag

Hi, I'm a new owner/member. I have bought a part restored 1933 3wheeler 4cyl. model .
The shut lines on the doors are a mile out! I can see how to tip the fore-end back a little but how do I bring the aft-end up and forward to meet the tops of the doors? The door catches only just engage leaving a gap of 8mm or so. All advice gratefully received.
Ta,
Duncan

Series 6 fuel tank and steering wheel

I am working on my recently acquired series 6. I am a little puzzled by the relationship between the fuel tank straps/rear cross-member/rear valance. The fit of the valance is such that the slots that allow the straps to attach to the x-member lie about 3/16" behind said x-member. It looks as if there should be a spacer between the strap and x-member. But if there was - no room to fit strap securing nut/bolt. Anyone with any experience?

The steering wheel fitted as bought is a 17" Bluemel's Brooklands. The fit onto the boss seems to be a press-fit onto a 3 1/8" diam spigot on the boss. No location/key/spline is visible. The only retaining arrangement I can see is the 3 x 1/4" x 3/4" set-screws that hold the cover plate in position - and coincidentally sandwich the wheel weakly in position. This hardly seems adequate. Does anyone know what the proper wheel type, size and fixing should be?

Paint, colurs and where to put them

Well, after 14 years of ownership I'm nearly ready to reassemble my TW33-2. (I have been doing "other things" in the meantime) A couple of simple questions. Does anyone one know the origanal colour schemes for for '33 (or any other year) cars, and is there a list of colours used?

Many thanks

Tony Henderson
