| The AGM and dinner is one of the major events in any club calendar, and ours is no exception,
the venue is as near central as we can make it, the rooms we use are large and pleasant, car parking is more than adequate
and the company is as friendly and welcoming as you would expect from a club such as ours. The meeting itself is conducted with the minimum of fuss and formality, all committee members deliver their reports, and members have ample opportunity to air views, comments and suggestions. After the meeting, and when the awards have been presented, there are talks and presentations of a topical nature by some of our more knowledgeable members (details at a later date). The Dinner rounds off the day, and it is always well prepared and enjoyable, what better atmosphere is there to immerse oneself in every aspect of what we all have in common--- BSAs!!. |
